Went to renew my driving licence. Wait in the queue was not a long wait even though I had three customer in front of me. The post office staff was very helpful, know exactly what to do, very efficient and prompt as well. He explained what needs to happened and was clear with what was needed in the order that is smooth. He was very polite as well. I was in and out within 10mins. I also witnessed the other staff member was also very efficient and gives good service. Even though the post office was busy, steady flow of no less than 10 customer but the place seems to have a calm. The only star that I withheld was the other business that was within the shop was not really relevant to the post office, the shop was overall has a dark and drury atmosphere, could do with more lighting in there.

Abdul, WHAT A LEGEND! When firing lots of questions about returns, the policy, the size of the return etc. he handled me with such professionalism. He was very helpful, polite, patient and respectful. He resolved my issues within minutes and I left feeling very happy! Thanks Abdul, you deserve a raise! BOSH!

This is a lovely post office. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and if they can help you, they will, and if they can't, then they will direct you to the right person/place. The only critique is that the stock levels are low, but it doesn't detract from the exceptional customer service that you receive from the staff.

All the above staff members carry out the duties with total care to very high standards. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served. Visited the post office to send a parcel and obtain one. Brought a bag from Hazel on the shop side, who was wonderfully friendly and chatty! On the post office side, I was served by Abz who helped me send the parcel without issue, and then helped me arrange for my receiving parcel to be resent from the sorting office, where it had ended up without my knowledge. All in all, very happy and helpful staff! Thank you

Hey there! So, I’ve got an order from Evri, and the staff member, Abdul, said he’s the manager. He told me that my parcel isn’t in the system. This isn’t the first time we’ve come to this post office, and it’s getting a bit frustrating. My husband went twice, and Abdul was quite rude to him. He didn’t seem to be very helpful or interested in assisting us. He just kept telling us that the parcel isn’t there. It’s a bit disheartening, to be honest.
