I contacted Michael for some advice regarding my desktop we had a brief chat about my issues and arranged a remote session, so he could have a look and give me some advice. The session took around half an hour and at the end of it Michael gave me several options on how I could resolve my issue, some could be done without spending any money and there were other options that would involve an outlay on my part. In the end I went with the option to upgrade my pc, because I am a hobbyist photographer and storage of RAW files is an issue. He ordered the part and I dropped my computer off the next morning. I received an email later in the day to say that the part had arrived early and my computer was ready to collect! If you need a computer problem sorting out, an upgrade or advice Dart Computing is the place to go! The advice is clear and options are explained with no hint of a hard sell. I will now be using Dart for any further needs. You get great service at a reasonable cost.
