Absolutely fantastic customer service. This company stands by its product, had a minor query in relation to my suit it was answered and rectified very quickly. You will not be disappointed at all using vertex to custom make your suit. I’m located in Australia, manufacturing and delivery was within six weeks of placing the order. I've ordered the suit of those guys. Fits great,l great and the quality of it seems to be fantastic. I've even got a pocket inside witch o didn't expect. Very nice touch. Order process seems to be a breeze on the website, clear instructions on how to take the measurements will need a second person to help you with that. Payment processed online too. Sooooo easy. Waiting time around 4 weeks. Can't complain. Delivered straight to my home. Great for freefly in the sky or tunnel.

As a newbie, my suit arrived and I wore it with little thought to how it was supposed to fit. A little while on it had to have adjustments which were all done with minimal hassle and constant contact throughout. More suits on the way now, and the customer service has been just as great.

Brilliant suit... I've had my FF suite for just over a year and half now and It's still going strong. I use my vertex Flex suit for both tunnel & skydiving, it feels perfect for both. Currently in the process of designing my 2nd suit.
