I received fantastic service from my property manger (PM) Zoe Z. She was pleasant to work with and actually listened and took care of a long time lighting issue I was facing in my flat. I never felt ignored (unlike my the previous PM who always ghosted me and just didn’t care) I was always well informed of progress updates via mail. Check out was smooth and no chasing was needed. Zoe is an asset to the property management team at Life and I fully recommend her. You are in good hands if she is your PM. Thanks again!

Recently changed our property agent to LiFE Residential and have been very satisfied with the services so far. We needed to replace the window frame and Zoe has been great in helping us arrange contractor and found one that is approved by the building management. I have rented a house by the help of Life Residential. They were perfectly professional. When I leave; Leilani Drummey has helped me during the process. They organized the cleaning service etc. She was very helpful, although her replies a bit of late during the deposit refund process, she explained everthing and helped to me very friendly.
