I needed some Intellectual Property advice in Rutland and an internet search brought up Gemma Ryan’s Little IP Company in Oakham. I was very impressed by Gemma’s qualifications and website and felt that she would be the ideal person to ask locally for advice regarding the Intellectual Property matters surrounding a Deed of Assignment. Gemma had provided excellent and very thoughtfully considered written advice and also very kindly offered an in-person meeting at her office in Oakham. Throughout our meeting Gemma explained the ins and outs of the Deed of Assignment very clearly and helpfully and made me aware of several important aspects of the Deed which I would not have had the specialised insight to appreciate fully.
