I visited the o2 store at new square west bromwich.i had to swap a sim car which was dealt with by a chap called liam and carrried out my request fine. Then i enquired about a new mobile as im on a rolling contract. I was passed on to a rep who went through deals with me as i told him what i was after and my budget.i also agreed to take out broadband with virgin(who i have had and think they are rubbish)but as it was a package i agreed to take out the deal when i next came into store 3 days later.the rep told me he would not be in but his colleague would so i specifically asked him to explain to the other rep exactly what deal we worked out and he told me the other rep will do you the same deal as he knows what deal it was. So i got out of work early got to west bromwich paid for parking and got to the 02 store upon where i met the rep.i told him i was there to take out the deal i had arranged with his colleague,to which he said he couldnt remember!! I explained ro him the deal i was shown. So after some explaining we went to his sales pad and he told me that the deal i was presented now didnt exist!! And that his colleague may have shown me a phone which wasnt the one i wanted,again i explained exactly to him the soecs we discussed and he told me it was impossible. So…either his friend needs to clean his ears out or they need to understand what the customer is saying in plain english!! The communication is clearly diabolical,the understanding of a customer was pathetic and i wasted my whole day with the o2 deal that now didnt apparently exist which i clearly went through with the previous rep. What a joke what a real let down to where staff in a communications company cannot communicate with themselves or customers!! What a pathetic joke. Never again will i bother with clowns. Time to get rid of my o2 (o poo) service. Absolute crap avoid this o2 store like the clap!!!

Phone and staff didn’t ask you want today u want delivery at home or you want to collect another day he just did it his own and told you can collect it in 2-12-2024 or most probably 3-12-2024 But today is 05-12-2024 no update for collection shit

Went into O2 West Bromwich to upgrade my daughter’s phone. They asked if I had a Virgin media broadband contract to which I replied yes. I’ve been with Virgin media for over 18 years. The lady serving us put my address into the system and it wasn’t showing that my address had Virgin media broadband, she then went across to her colleague and told him that it was not showing up on the system and he proceeded to tell her that I was lying. I proceeded to show my email with my Virgin media bill and he looked like a deer caught in very bright headlights. He turned beetroot red and disappeared to the back of the shop and was not seen again. Shame on you!! Do not assume people are lying as it makes you look silly, when you are proved wrong. Embarrassing.

Hi, i used the o2 New Square store in West Bromwich for the first time to buy a new phone, as i entered the store i was greeted by a member of staff, who was very polite, i told him about the problem i had with my old phone and he introduced me to Amraj, Amraj help me choose a new phone , he wasn't a pushy sales man, like the one's I've dealt with in the past, Amraj spent at least 1 1/2 hrs transferring my data to the new phone, what a great job Amraj, I went back a couple of days later asking if Amraj could help with getting my Email set up on the phone, there was a little problem getting it, so his colleague Shannon got involved and between them its all sorted now. A Big thank you Amraj and Shannon I never got this support from my previous provider. well done O2 West Bromwich. regards Steve.
