I bought a car in 2017 and have received a terrible service from the service department ever since. They updated my service book incorrectly in 2022 so it showed the wrong service had been completed, and all subsequent services then had incorrect updates. After I picked up on it I asked numerous times for a corrected book. They kept promising to order one and they never did. I had to complain to head office to get it done. When I needed urgent work done they said they couldn't do it for two weeks and I had to go elsewhere. Then yesterday I had an MOT and service booked. Car failed quoted £950 then found another garage who would do it for £460. Picked the car up at end of day yesterday. Checked today, service book not updated. Called today and queried it and told they hadn't actually done the service I've paid for by plan over the last year. If I hadn't queried I would have been none the wiser. They obviously have no idea what they are doing. The only thing they are good at is sending numerous emails trying to flog you new cars. Update 15/10. Following a reply to my review from a manager at Bexhill Hyundai, I immediately emailed him with my contact details. Eight days on I have not heard from him. It is therefore evident he only replied to my review to appear like he cared and took my concerns seriously and to try to salvage something after my poor review. All this has done has reduced my opinion of the company further to nil stars. Sickening

Very good customer service, quick and efficient filling in of paperwork on the day of collection, shown the main features of the car and connected up to the Blue link app. Just the right amount of overview for me but plenty of checking if I needed more information and the offer to send videos if I needed a demonstration of any feature later on. Follow up email after a week to make sure everything was ok.

We bought a secondhand Kona from this garage back in July and Dave Fletcher handled our purchase promptly and efficiently. We had a recent concern with the vehicle depositing an oily substance onto our driveway. Dave advised us to bring the vehicle back to the garage at a time to suit us. Dave and the service team dealt with us swiftly and put the car up on the lift. They thoroughly inspected it underneath and allayed our concerns. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. I am disabled and a Motability customer. I'm aware that there is hardly any profit paid to the dealers and have received various levels of customer service throughout the years. I have never experienced anywhere near the level of service I have received from Neil at Hyundai!!! He couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond any expectations whilst being so kind and caring. Everybody I met there were also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks.

Fantastic car (Tucson ultimate) very cool! I enjoy driving it , the level of equipment and detail is superb, the tyres are ok but getting low, it would have been nice to have new tyres as the car was very expensive, so I bought some myself!! But apart from that it is unquestionably the most luxurious car, I have ever owned
